Are they the same? what do they mean?
These questions have always been buzzing around our ears and majority of us often think they are just the same but different term and pronunciation. In fact, there are slight different between it and surprisingly they actually has it's own meaning!
These
words may sound the same, but somehow there are slight different between it.
For instance, going “green” or “eco friendly” means
that the origin any products or sources will not destructive to the environment
and reduces the burden of our mother earth for the resources of land, air and
water.
Thus, it encompasses less waste = eco friendly.
In
contrast, “sustainability” is describes as the biological system used to remain
the diverse and productive over time or in a simpler way, it means the product
used has the potential to generate on its own without depending on the humans
or the use of natural resources. Sustainable living is also defined as the
reduction in natural resources consumption to proliferate self-efficiency.
Thus, it is likely to conclude that, anything which perform on it's own without using any new source = sustainable.
Til then.
Cheers! :)
